Hortensia de Hutten launches a PR firm in Paris that promotes a new generation of women’s fashion designers.

1993

Launch of Workshop Paris

The first professional trade fair in Paris where a new generation of designers can show their collections in a selective, high-end environment. It’s the first of a kind in Paris and an immediate success!

1997

Launch of Workshop Deco

Marie Czapska extends the concept to home and design with the launch of 'Workshop Déco', another groundbreaking international trade fair taking place once a year in Paris. Workshop expands and launches a new edition in NY, the first of its kind in the big apple!

Launch of LePreview.com

The world’s first B2B platform for women’s fashion and lifestyle designers is launched.

2007

Creation of Playtime Paris

With the rise of a strong new market dedicated to children's fashion and design, Playtime Paris is launched with a new concept mixing for the first time ever: fashion, lifestyle and decor. It grows in two years from 44 exhibitors to 200, and to 400 a few years later!

2009

Launch of Playtime Tokyo

An event that quickly becomes Japan’s largest event in this market category.

2010

Launch of Playtime NY

Playtime New York is launched and soon meets success, growing year after year to the point of becoming in 2024 the largest kid’s fashion and lifestyle trade show in the United States.

Playtime continues to travel and opens new editions in Berlin, Las Vegas and Shanghai.
