OrderWizz does not interfere if there’s a dispute between a buyer and a vendor. However, if we can help solve a problem or clarify a situation, we will do it with pleasure.

Does OrderWizz guarantee deliveries? +
When you enter a brand’s showroom on OrderWizz, you are in direct contact with that brand, with no intermediary. Consequently, when you place an order, you accept the brand’s General Sales Conditions. Only the brand is responsible for its conditions, for the quality of its products and for its deliveries. OrderWizz is never involved in your transactions with brands.
Am I in direct contact with the brands when I’m on OrderWizz? +
Yes you are. However if there’s an agent in your country, then you will be in direct contact with the agent. One way or the other, OrderWizz is never in the middle of any of your interactions with a vendor.
