Can I try the system before I sign up? +
OrderWizz is an ordering platform for professionals with advanced features, which means that the onboarding can only be done after a 45 minutes training session with an Account Manager. There’s no test environment but you can always book a meeting with an expert who will share her screen and show you exactly how the platform works.
Is OrderWizz taking commissions on sales? +
We take no commissions on sales. OrderWizz is an all-inclusive subscription based platform, and there are no hidden fees. We don’t interfere with your business, we only work to support it.
Are there any extra fees that I should know of? +
We don’t take commissions on sales, and there are no hidden fees. Check out the “Our pricing” section to see what’s included in your subscription package.
Is there a monthly subscription? +
We only work with yearly subscriptions because we believe in long term relationships to build efficient business.
What are the OrderWizz payment terms? +
Starter plans are to be paid in full before onboarding. Advanced and Premium plans require a 40% deposit before onboarding and the balance 30 days later.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Your subscription on OrderWizz is a yearly subscription, therefore you can only cancel it at the end of the term. Of course, your showroom can be closed anytime you wish, but there can be no refund.
