How does the platform help me find new buyers? +
Every single buyer who has opened an account on OrderWizz and has been verified as being an active professional buyer, can be found on the Search & Connect feature. Brands that have access to this feature (Advanced and Premium packs) can send connection requests to the buyers who, if they accept the request, will be added to the brand’s address book with all their information.
In addition to that, the OrderWizz team communicates all year round and has ads running on Google and Instagram to give the platform maximum exposure, which in turn benefits your brand.
What information on buyers does the Search & Connect feature provide? +
OrderWizz is fully GDPR compliant (General Data Protection Regulations). As a consequence, the only information that we are allowed to share in the Search & Connect feature is non personal information, such as company and business names, city and country (and State/Region for some countries). First and last names as well as email can not be communicated unless the buyer has accepted the brand’s connection request.
Who can see my address book? +
Only you and the members of your team to whom you have granted these rights can view your address book.
Can I easily import all my contacts? +
You can very easily upload an excel file that contains all of your contacts’ information. The file must contain, as a minimum, the name of the company and of the business, the first and last name of the contact, the email and the country (and for some countries the state / the region).
How is my data protected on OrderWizz? +
OrderWizz follows European regulations on data protection (GDPR), which are the world’s most protective laws on this matter. The information that you enter belongs to you only and is not used by OrderWizz for any purpose whatsoever. If you decide to leave the platform, all that information is deleted.
With regard to the storage of your information, we have several servers hosted by OVH and backup servers hosted by other providers to avoid any risk of loss of information.
How many bulk emails can I send? +
When you sign up you get a certain number of free email credits (depending on your subscription) and then, like with any emailer (Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, etc.) you pay for extra credit, but no worries, we charge it at cost price (10€ for 1,000 email credits) !
