Does OrderWizz take commissions on sales? +
There are no commissions on sales. OrderWizz is an all-inclusive subscription based platform, and there are no hidden fees. We don’t interfere with your business, we only work to support it.
Can my OrderWizz showroom integrate with other platforms? +
If you have an Advanced or Premium pack, we have built-in integrations with Shopify to sync your stock, and with Base (aka Baselinker). These integrations are free of charge and can be done very quickly. OrderWizz can also integrate with any other system that has an API. We charge that development at cost price. Please contact your Account Manager for more details.
Can I request online payments from buyers? +
If you’ve added your company’s Stripe account to OrderWizz (or any other system if you have a Premium pack), you can start requesting online payments from your customers. You can choose to do that when you confirm an order or when you send an invoice. The costs of online payments are your Stripe costs or your own bank’s cost (for Premium accounts), nothing goes to OrderWizz, we take 0% commissions on your sales.
Is it possible to create and send invoices? +
Yes it is, OrderWizz gives you the possibility to create invoices from orders in seconds. You can transform these orders into invoices either partially or fully. You can then request online payments, view payment progress, send reminders, create credit notes, etc.
Can I add my agents on OrderWizz? +
Yes you can add your agents on OrderWizz if you have an Advanced pack (2 agents) or a Premium pack (unlimited agents) and it costs them nothing. What’s important to know because no other platform does it, is that when you add an agent it creates an account for him/her that’s completely independent from yours. It means that you don’t see the rep’s showroom (it allows them to work with their entire address book on OrderWizz without worrying about sharing their database!) and the agent doesn’t see your orders, messages, etc.
Do I get notified when there’s a new order? +
Yes you do. You get an email every time there’s a change of status on an order. You also get an email every time a buyer sends an instant message.
